Water is allocated by adjusting the gallons per minute of water flow by the size of the property. All deliveries have been designed to deliver 5.82 GPM per acre, district wide. A one acre or less parcel will receive 6 gpm. A 5 acre parcel will receive 30 gpm.
Anyone that tampers with or modifies their deliveries to increase water flow will be shut-off and will not be turned back on until they attend a District Board Meeting and pay all costs to restore the point of deliver to the original condition. In addition, there will be a $250 fee for the first offense and a $1000 fee and possible prosecution for the second offense.
