Assessment Information

Assessments are paid once a year and are due April 1. If not paid before May 1, a 10% penalty will be added along with a 1% per month interest charge. Bills are mailed in January.

Assessments not paid by May 1 are also subject to water lock-out. Once the account is paid, the fee is remove the lock is an additional $50.

Assessments are made up of 2 parts: a per acre charge and a per parcel charge.
